| A. Once you pay the final installment you will be sent a keycode for the front door |

| A. Our property manager is on call 24 hours/day for any emergencies during your stay |

| A. Check-in time is 4 pm. This allows for cleaning of the cottage prior to your arrival |

| A. You need to check out by 10 am so the cottage can be cleaned for the next guests |

| A. The train station is 5-10 minutes walk from the cottage |

| A. Linen and towels are included in the charge. A change of linen is provided for stays of more than one week |

| A. There are very efficient electric wall heaters. The cottage usually remains cool in summer but there are electric fans if required. |
